Return, exchange and Refund Policy

We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition. Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.

All products we offer at the House of Mamta are made with utmost care and precision. Each and every product undergo quality checks at every step while being manufactured and once again thoroughly before it is shipped.

Please do not accept the product if the outer box is damaged.

If you have received a damaged product please write to us at connect@houseofmamta.com to facilitate the return or exchange of the product, within 24 - 36 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product.

Returns/refunds/replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.

For Original paintings and customized print sizes, no returns or exchanges are applicable. 

Sets -
If you have received a damaged product that is part of a set please note the entire set will have to be returned for an exchange or refund. So, we ask that you keep the entire set intact to ensure an easy return process. 

Cancellation -
We do not accept any cancellation requests.

Changes in your order information -
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at connect@houseofmamta.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled). Please note the re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

A complete refund or a replacement piece along with bearing the courier/reverse pick-up charges will be taken into consideration only if it is in any of the following cases.
(a.) the product you received is damaged or if the size is not as communicated to you on the product page.
(b.) If all the contents of the cart as promised to you are not present with the bag upon delivery.

Returns on all the products will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received.
